Reform in Torquay and Paignton

Gordon is a family man, a husband and a father to two children.  He has an office job but really wants to give all his energy to representing the people of Torbay.

Gordon is South-West born and bred.  He spent many years working in Tourism and Leisure.  Gordon is determined to see Torbay returned to its rightful place of the UK’s best tourist resort!

Gordon is educated in History and studies Theology.  He is passionate about our country and views recent events as an assault on our way of life. 

Gordon believes that our personal freedoms set us apart from the rest of the world. But that these freedoms have been taken away without our permission.

Gordon believes in Jesus Christ and that our freedoms and the British way of life are based on His teachings. Do to others as you would have them do to you. This is our law and our government doesn’t follow it anymore.

Gordon knows that the government is meant to serve us and will work tirelessly to make it a reality again.

Adrian’s deep connection to Torbay and his diverse career make him a standout figure in the community. Having lived in Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay for over 50 years, he’s a true local with an enduring passion for the area. From his time as a DJ on Gemini FM in the 90s and 00s to his current role managing residential properties, Adrian’s career has been varied and vibrant. His leadership as Commodore at the Royal Torbay Yacht Club and his competitive sailing background further highlight his dedication to the local community.

Now, Adrian is committed to supporting Reform UK in breaking the long-standing dominance of Labour and the Conservatives, believing that Gordon, a man of integrity and intelligence, would make an excellent MP. Adrian’s strong belief in the importance of building a better country for future generations is evident in his support for Gordon’s candidacy. He’s also an active and welcoming member of the Reform UK team, eager to bring new members into the fold through local meetings and socials.

As a father and grandfather, Adrian’s values extend beyond politics, with a genuine desire to create a better, more accountable system for the future. His passion for Torbay, combined with his experience and leadership, makes him an influential figure in both local and political circles.

Lesley and her husband moved from Essex to Torbay in February 2019 to complete a lifelong dream of owning a guesthouse in Devon where they had holidayed with their children for over 30 years. Due to Lesley’s health they decided to sell up in 2024 and have chosen to remain in Paignton.

Lesley’s main role in life was being a mum to 4 children whilst working mainly in administrative positions including Private Healthcare and the NHS. Not shy of turning her hand to anything to keep a home and family secure Lesley has been one of those dreaded double-glazing salespeople turning up at your door, sold Tupperware, clothes, toys and Avon at parties held in people’s homes and worked in the catering business.

In 2022 Lesley became a member of the Reform party but sat back silently watching and listening until the 2024 general election was announced, knowing that Reform was the only party that would help and protect her children’s, grandchildren’s and now great grandchildren’s futures she popped along to her first meeting of Reform Torbay and now volunteers at every opportunity.

Benedict was brought up in Torbay and has lived here all his life. The youngest of the Reform UK Torbay team, he has always had a knack for media production and specialises in Graphic Design and Photography.

Benedict started his career working in hospitality for 7 years, both back of house and front of house, all whilst persuing his passions part time that led him into his current position.

One of the most evident things that he's come to realise in recent years through his life working in resturaunts, is that the only answer to a system that's not working is an absolute Reformation.

Not being political in the previous years of his life, he believes that the message that Reform UK has holds the only answer to the problem that the UK is facing.
